Stand 1148 | 10–11 June | Diddly Squat Farm

Planning your visit to Cereals 2026?

Make sure Stand 1148 is firmly on your route.

De Sangosse returns to Cereals with a practical, experience led stand focused on helping growers and contractors improve efficiency, reliability and timing across the season. From phosphate efficiency and spray performance to pod protection, drones and slug control at wider bout widths, the stand showcases practical ways to fix the hidden inefficiencies that quietly erode yield.

This year also marks 100 years of De Sangosse by DSG, and Cereals is the perfect place to celebrate - with plenty happening on stand and a few surprises along the way.

This year, we’re also bringing something a little different - the Indestructible Toyota Hilux, on loan from the Grampian Transport Museum, as part of our Dare to be Different campaign.

Q: Why visit Stand 1148?

Our Cereals stand is built around real world agronomy and application challenges, not theory and not sales talk.

When you visit De Sangosse at Cereals 2026, you can:

  • Explore how to unlock more from existing soil phosphate to support crop establishment and efficiency
  • Understand how spray water quality affects performance - and how to manage it
  • Discuss pod protection strategies, including drone and conventional application
  • See how drones can support timely, late season applications when access is limited
  • Talk through slug pellet application at scale, including reliability at wider bout widths
  • Pick up practical tools and guides designed to be used back on farm
  • Join us in celebrating 100 years of innovation and field experience
  • …and see something a little different on stand this year

Our team will be on hand throughout the show to talk through what works, where it fits, and how small improvements in delivery can make a meaningful difference in the field.

Alongside our work on slug control and agronomy, visitors to Stand 1148 will also be able to see the Indestructible Toyota Hilux, on loan from the Grampian Transport Museum.

It has become a widely recognised symbol of durability under pressure - and the inspiration behind our Dare to be Different campaign.

It’s a rare opportunity to see it in person - and a great photo moment while you’re on the stand.

Just one of the extreme tests we performed

Why it Matters

Inspired by the Hilux’s reputation for withstanding extreme conditions, we explored a simple question:

What happens when you push something beyond the limits it was designed for?

Our Dare to be Different campaign puts De Sangosse slug pellets through a series of deliberately extreme durability tests — highlighting the importance of pellet integrity when conditions get challenging.

Phosphate efficiency: unlocking what’s already there

Phosphate efficiency remains one of the biggest untapped opportunities in crop production. Even where soil indices are good, a large proportion of phosphate can be unavailable at key growth stages.

On Stand 1148, you can explore how De Sangosse helps:

  • Improve early season nutrient availability
  • Support stronger establishment
  • Make better use of phosphate already in the soil
  • Protect new phosphate fertilisers from getting locked up

You can also pick up our new Phosphate Stewardship Guide, built around 100 years of experience and designed to provide clear, practical insight you can apply straight away.

Pod protection and drones: see it in action

Cereals is a key moment in the season to be thinking about late season yield protection in oilseed rape and pulses.

On stand, you can also discuss where conventional sprayer and drone application each fit best within a practical pod protection strategy.

AutoSpray Systems will be in the Sprays & Sprayers Arena, demonstrating how drone application of PodStik can support effective pod protection when timing and access are critical.

These demonstrations will highlight how drone application can:

  • Enable timely application when sprayers can’t travel
  • Operate at reduced water volumes
  • Improve coverage across the pod seam
  • Deliver particularly good results in beans, including coverage on the underside of pods using rotor-induced airflow

→ Live arena demonstrations will take place across both show days AM & PM.

Spray water quality: consistency starts in the tank

Variable water quality remains one of the most common causes of inconsistent spray results, especially when working across multiple farms.

On Stand 1148, we’ll be focusing on:

  • Testing water hardness
  • Conditioning water before adding products
  • Improving tank discipline and mixing order under real working pressure

Visitors can also pick up a hard water test meter and 3-step water routine cab card - straightforward tools to help identify issues quickly and improve weed control consistency.

Slug control at scale

Slug pellet application is another area where delivery matters just as much as product choice, particularly as bout widths continue to widen.

On stand, we’ll be discussing:

  • Pellet spreadability, integrity and durability
  • Confidence when applying at 30‑36 metre bout widths
  • Independent testing showing reliable distribution up to 36 m using the Stocks Duo
  • The benefit of De Sangosse’s unique seven day pre-drilling approval, allowing slug populations to be tackled before the crop is even planted

If you’re applying pellets at scale, this is a conversation worth having.

This same focus on durability and consistency also sits behind our recent campaign work exploring performance under pressure.

A logo showing De Sangoss has had a hundred years in the farming industry

2026 marks 100 years of De Sangosse, and Cereals is an important moment for us to celebrate that history alongside growers and contractors.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our stand.
